Fitness Provider - Terms and Agreement

• The Eagle Pass collects 10% payment of your membership fee (3-month or 6-month) every time a consumer (new or past) signs-up, when no code (no initiating center) is entered, or you are the initiating center. When a consumer enters your code, fifty-percent of our commission fee (5% of the membership fee) is passed on as an additional savings to the consumer.
• From the collected 10% commission fee, an initiator's reward of 5% (per center's membership fee) goes to the "initiator." The initiator is the center that passes on their code to their prospect. Automatically calculated and delivered, in the form of a check, by The Eagle Pass.
• As a Fitness Provider, you will be able to log-in and change your discounted price how much and whenever you deem necessary.
• From your selected credit card on your Account Page fees are automatically collected, based on the entire cost of the 3 and 6-month Eagle Pass price, when a consumer signs-up on The Eagle Pass web site to your center.
• When an end-user signs-up, you are notified of the end-users' new membership status, and can view your Account for an updated listing of new and existing members.
• At any time your listing can be deactivated from your Account Page.
