Terms and Agreement

	When a consumer (new or past) chooses your center to join for either a 3-month or 6-month membership, a commission fee is collected automatically in the amount of 10%. When a consumer enters your code, fifty-percent of our commission fee (5% of your membership fee) is passed on as an additional savings to that particular consumer.

	From the collected 10% commission fee, an initiator's reward of 5% (per center's membership fee) goes to the "initiator." The initiator is the center that passes on their code to their prospect. Automatically calculated and delivered, in the form of a check, by The Eagle Pass.

	You will be able to log-in and change your discounted price how much and whenever you want.

	You will have a space to include what the membership includes (passes or entitlements etc).

	From your selected credit card on your Account Page fees are automatically collected, based on the entire cost of the 3 and 6-month Eagle Pass price, when a consumer signs-up on The Eagle Pass web site to your center.

	At any time your listing can be deactivated from your Account Page.
